This page explains what information Goosewin Media Group (https://goosewin.com) collects, how we use it, and how we protect it. We keep the footprint small on purpose.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company, work email, service interest, timeline, and message. We collect this only when you submit the form on /contact.
• Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe on /notes.
• Analytics: aggregated, anonymized page-view data via Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers.
• Theme preference: a localStorage entry in your browser remembering light vs. dark mode. Never leaves your device.

How we use it

• Contact form submissions are emailed to our team so we can reply. We don't add you to a marketing list based on a contact-form submission.
• Newsletter signups go to our email service provider (Resend) and are used to send you the newsletter only. Unsubscribe any time via the link in every email.
• Analytics data helps us understand which pages work and which don't. It is not used for advertising.

Third-party processors

• Vercel for hosting and analytics.
• Resend for transactional email and newsletter delivery.

Retention

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as the business relationship is active, and up to 24 months afterwards for accounting and reference. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can email hello@goosewin.com to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. If you are a resident of the EU, UK, or California, additional rights may apply under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We honor those.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. The only client-side storage we write is a single localStorage entry for your theme preference.
